Dear Leaseholder/ Resident,

All reports have been issued to Bellway in draft, and they will now enter a full QA review, and further consultation with the Fire Engineer where required, as we look to understand the full scope.

The next steps will be to present the findings to the responsible persons and then go to market for a contractor.

Once we have an identified scope of works, we will issue a residents information pack via the portal.
