Dear Residents and Leaseholders,

 We are pleased to announce the launch of our new web portal, which has been particularly designed for the use of Leaseholders and Residents. The portal provides access to a centralised platform, where remediation updates and important information regarding your building can be found.  

 The portal offers numerous useful features, including: regular remediation updates, a roadmap to give an overview of the processes involved in remediation, frequently asked questions and important Government documents.

 We understand remediation works can impact the daily lives of Leaseholders and Residents, that is why Bellway are fully committed to completing any works necessary as quickly and with as little disruption as possible.

 Our aim for the portal is to keep Leaseholders and Residents regularly engaged in line with our commitment to The Code of Practice for the Remediation of Residential Buildings agreed with Government. This portal will allow Bellway to communicate clear expectations and updates at key stages in the project. We hope the web portal will be well received by all stakeholders of the building.
