We would like to provide you with a further update on progress at City Gate.

Interim Alarm System
The interim alarm system has now been installed and is fully operational within the residential areas of the development. Installation to the commercial units is currently underway, with progress subject to access arrangements.

Access Licence
The works access licence has been substantially agreed with the relevant stakeholders and is at an advanced stage with the Management Company. We anticipate that the licences will be finalised shortly.

Contractor Procurement
The procurement process to appoint a contractor is progressing, with tender returns expected shortly.
